"Eyes and ears" ideation


Launched our Lead Insights feature to build on the theme of radical transparency. Great uptake so far. This was actually one of those features that didn't take a massive amount of work - it just took listening and looking for ways to help our pros become data-informed and for looking at the kind of daily-use features that would empower them to make smarter decisions on @bidvine. 

Maybe someone calls this "eyes and ears" ideation.
