Took the L, and kept going


We had shipped a premium tier of Bidvine for pros back in the summer of 2019. The premium plans were basically a proxy for bundle discounts with few if any value-add features. We clearly didn’t understand that the discount wasn’t compelling enough to lock in a monthly spend. Sub numbers flatlined. 

I accepted the loss and reimagined Bidvine premium from the ground up. We built out a set of value add features to help pros stand out and get hired more. We added a tested and validated set of features that gave pros status, access and power (no swag). 

It took a few months but we shipped a revamped Bidvine Plus in January 2020. We’ve 7x’ed subs since then - and growing.
